FixTrail Privacy Policy

This policy applies to FixTrail for iPhone and iPad.

Data We Do Not Collect

FixTrail does not require an account and does not collect, sell, or share your home maintenance routes, stop notes, or completion history.

Local Storage

Your routes, stops, completion history, settings, and backup text are stored locally on your device. If you export backup text, that file or text is created only when you choose to export it.

Network and Basic Operation Information

FixTrail may process device identifier, app version, device type, system version, request time, and similar basic information for app operation, basic statistics, troubleshooting, and security maintenance. Your route content is not uploaded for these purposes.

Third-Party Services

FixTrail does not include advertising networks and is not used for cross-app advertising tracking.

How Data Is Used

Local data is used to show your routes, calculate readiness, preserve history, support backups, and restore the app state after relaunch.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your local route content. You control any backup text you export from the app.

Retention

Local data remains on your device until you edit it, clear it in Settings, or remove the app.

Your Choices and Rights

You can edit routes, delete stops, restore sample routes, clear local data, or remove the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

FixTrail is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

Data Security

FixTrail keeps route content on your device. Please protect your device passcode and backups.

Policy Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted with a new last updated date.
